Hello you lovely people 😊

I hope your all keeping well.
It’s been a couple of years since opening my diary to beauty clients due to the battles I faced with my son Lucca, i had to keep cancelling beauty clients as I would get calls from the school to collect him or he would get excluded for days. Having a child with adhd & asd at home while trying to offer treatments proved impossible so my beauty business had to pause but my 1:1 business continued to grow and is still growing.

Lucca is now settled into a SEMH school and attends school full days which now gives me more time to work, I love making women feel good and being apart of transformations it is the most rewarding part of being a 1:1 consultant and I also love this when working in beauty.

I have recently been on some refresher courses and look forward to offering some new facial treatments too 🧖‍♀️
I am excited to say I’m back from the 1st November i look forward to welcoming old and new beauty clients back 🥰

2018 with the lovely and pre covid 🦠 and sen battles with Lucca…
I can’t believe this was 5 years ago ! Alot has changed !

Before I was a full time weightloss consultant and sponsor I had my own beauty business 💅
I started my own weightloss journey with 1:1 and then as the weight was coming off I had beauty clients asking how I was losing the weight, I then decided to do the training and become a 1:1 consultant, a lot of my beauty clients then became 1:1 clients 🫶

My business grew but unfortunately due to the battles I faced with my son Lucca, i had to keep cancelling beauty clients as I would get calls from the school to collect him or he would get excluded for days. Having a child with adhd & asd at home while trying to do a set of lashes / nails proved impossible so my beauty business had to pause but my 1:1 business continued to grow and is still growing.

Lucca is now settled into a SEMH school and attends school full days which now gives me more time to work, I love making women feel good and being apart of transformations it is the most rewarding part of being a 1:1 consultant and I also loved this when working in beauty.

I am excited to say I’m going to be dipping my toe back into the beauty business very soon as I have missed it and look forward to welcoming old and new clients back 🥰

Oh step 3 i missed you 😅
Yesterday I felt like I ate lots, I went to bed feeling full. Probably because everything I had was high in protein , which keeps us feeling fuller for longer.
All came in at just under 1000 calories .
I managed 3.5 litres of water with the raspberry & elderflower water flavouring too.

the cheeky trips to 𝙼𝚌𝚍𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚍𝚜 that nobody knows about.. the trips to 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚐𝚐𝚜 for lunch.. and the 𝙲𝚘𝚜𝚝𝚊 and a croissant on the way to work… the midweek 𝚃𝚊𝚔𝚎𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚢 when we can’t be bothered to cook… then the Friday night 𝚝𝚊𝚔𝚎𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚢 and a bottle of wine 🍷
