Good evening, just landed home from the salon, on the back off another great day cutting hair in the community I had the privilege of growing up in 👌🏼👌🏼

Wanted to pop on and say that 1st October 2000…. 25 years ago today, I started working for myself!

It was scary, I placed an advert in the local buy and sell, filled my car full of products and bought hairdressing insurance! Waited for the phone to ring…

I had a dream ❤️

I’m so super grateful for each and every person who has supported me, HUGE thanks to my mum and dad, every member of staff for the hardwork, loyalty and bloody brill banter (who are now my friends) along with past and present clientele (also many who I call my friends too)

Show me someone who loves there job and I’ll show you someone who’s never ‘worked’ a day in her life 🙌🏻

In January I will have owned The Studio for 1️⃣8️⃣ of the 25… maybe a second 18th is on the cards 🤩

We have turned up to work today and they are resurfacing the road outside the salon, so bare this mind if you have an appointment today/tomorrow and set off 5 mins earlier! Both of the car parks are unaccesable so a side road is the only option, Em ❤️

Super proud of all of us walking 100 miles in May for 💙 being us we did it on top of our normal day to day step count, ie running round the salon making you guys beautiful!!!
we raised over £1800 in sponsors 🤩 thanks for every donation and all the wonderful encouragement xx
