I know it can be very difficult to always stay on plan but the most important thing is you just carry on and face the scales and draw a line and move forward with your journey. Reset if necessary as its not always as bad as we think. Myself and your fellow members in group is where the support and mottivation is to continue with your journey and not give up. Hi everyone hope you are all well. I have just had a phone call from Barnton memorial hall. They have a major problem with drains and had to shut water off and cannot legally open the hall today so I will have to move our group to weaverhsm.community centre as very short notice to find somewhere available tonight. The times will remain the same 5.30pm and 7pm. It's in the red room which is through the double doors go towards office and turn right. My welcome board will be visible inside. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause

As you may know was out and about in the snow and went to Iceland. I was so impressed 4 freezers to the right when you walk in all with the offers on and the new pancakes,nan breads to the left with the bread on the bottom shelf
I made a chip shop sw curry sauce meal and had the nan bread. OMG it was amazing and just enough.
