Simple as that! Manipulations take set up… set up… then they’re over in a second 😊 Don’t be nervous - just breathe through it and they don’t hurt, done and dusted. Range of motion wildly improved, pain lowered, job’s a gooden 😁

Lots of back, neck and shoulders today… my last full day of 2025 😮🗓️ One more half day Monday 23rd (fully booked) and then it’s Christmas 🥳🎄

*Not an actual new hip - I don’t do those 😂 This is such amazing news, I’m so happy for this client’s progress - running without pain wasn’t a thing when she first came to me. Bending down to the floor wasn’t a thing either… I’m super chuffed to hear this! Keep up the good work 💪🏼

Soooo many hips out of place this week - this particular client had quite bad sciatica symptoms from it but we managed to get her back walking with no pain after the hour 🤩 I’m fully booked this week, I have a couple of slots left next week and one final slot on the 23rd, and then I close for Christmas. Look forward to seeing you all soon!

Crazy to think that an hour ago this lady couldn’t lunge without pain - now she can! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 we also tested her running on the treadmill - no more sharp pain in the side of the knee. We have been working on this for a little while and there is still some more to do but I’m chuffed with the results of today and I’m excited for the next steps. Is pain ruining your fun? Not retouching a tattoo…. Just helping shift some tightness in the lower back 😁 T spine and CT junction manips, right shoulder cupping, soft tissue work on supra, infra, traps, rhomboids plus glutes and erectors, followed by acupuncture to finish off I’m actually super pleased for this client, who has maintained her recovery really well and still can do overhead press movements, maintained shoulder mobility and her tennis elbow is all but gone! This lady is excellent at keeping herself functional. she says she drops off the exercises from time to time but really she doesn’t miss a beat and always gets back on the horse 💪🏼
