Come and join me for a relaxing 5 week course where you will learn how to pamper your baby through the gentle strokes of massage in a friendly and calm environment👶🏼💫 Each week, we will focus on a different part of the body, leading up to a full body massage in the final week!

Once the massage section is complete, there is plenty of time for some unstructured play with your baby and to connect with other mums over a cuppa!☕️

What better way to release that oxytocin and bond with your baby! 🤎

Yesterday we welcomed some lovely mummies and their babies to our very first baby massage session and I had the most wonderful time🥹! Some of our little bears came dressed for the occasion too🐻🫶🏼

It was simply lovely to meet everyone and to see how relaxed all of the babies were after their legs and feet massages👶🏼💤

Whilst making refreshments in the kitchen area, it was the most heartwarming feeling to hear all of the chatter between the mums as new friendships formed🫶🏼

I can’t wait for next weeks session where we will revisit the legs and feet and learn some tummy strokes, finishing off with some unstructured sensory play🧸🤎
