This has been such a hard decision to make, particularly as I was getting ready to rebrand, but for now I am unable to keep my beauty business going. As I’m writing this, I’m tearing up because I’m feeling totally bereft of my passion that I have worked so hard to develop over the last few years. With COVID making social distancing imperative it will be difficult for me to carry out my duties in the salon as I once did. I’ve also got a lot going on in my personal life which is all the more reason for me to take a step back, for now. I have tried to contact everyone I had on my waiting list for appointments to inform them.

This isn’t a ‘goodbye’ because this isn’t the end by any means. I’m going to focus hard on my degree for now and come back with a brand new business 🧡 Kelly x

Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping well. I’m so pleased that we have been given the go ahead to open up as normal now! However, I’ve still got a lot of stuff to figure out therefore I don’t have a confirmed opening date as of yet. I have still got my appointment waiting list going and my clients who are currently on it will be contacted as soon as I have more information. Thank you all for your patience ✨

Hi everyone, I wanted to wait to post this until I could dig out a bit more information myself.

So, obviously we have been told that salons can reopen from 13th July however due to the restrictions in place I won’t be able to perform a majority of my appointments I have to offer my clients. This is due to the government identifying treatments that require close face contact as ‘high risk’.

I understand that I do offer a few treatments which do not involve close face contact however at this current time I do not believe it is feasible for me to open up bookings to do this small amount of treatments.

Thank you all for your understanding, I will keep you all updated as often as I can. Hopefully I get to see you all soon. Take care ✨

Hi everyone, hope you’re all keeping well and safe. I know we are all super excited about hairdressers reopening but for now the beauty industry is still on hold. In the meantime I have completed some industry specific COVID-19 training. As most of you know I also work within the healthcare sector therefore I am always keeping myself updated with changes in infection control policies and the best way to keep all of my patients and clients safe. I’m also doing my BSc in Nursing so I’m learning more and more everyday about infection control.

I’m hoping that this will make all of my clients feel reassured that their safety is paramount when I am able to start taking bookings again. I can’t wait to see you all in the salon 🥰

Hello all of my lovely followers/clients. Sorry I’ve been rubbish at posting anything on here lately, I’ve been super slack but I’m sure many of you will understand why.

I haven’t got a confirmed date for when I will be back in the salon, and I don’t want to guess and start booking people in as I’m worried that they may end up having to be rescheduled.

In the meantime I’m setting up a waiting list for clients who are wishing to book an appointment with me once I reopen.

My ‘Barbie nails’ as I’ve decided to name them 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 I love creating colours with glitter like this on other people, but to be honest this isn’t really a ‘me’ colour. I don’t normally opt for bright pinks! I prefer more autumnal colours but today I thought ‘stuff it, it’s bright outside so why shouldn’t my nails be?!’...long story short, I think I’m going to change my nail colour tomorrow 😂 even my husband said ‘that’s not a very ‘you’ colour’ 😂😂
