FACE COVERINGS

The government has announced that the measures put in place under Plan B in England will be lifted.
This means from 27 January, there is no longer a legal Requirement to wear a face covering.
The government suggests that you continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet.

AT No37 HAIR SALON ALL WE ASK IS THAT ON ARRIVAL TO APPOINTMENT UNLESS EXEMPT WEAR A FACE COVERING UNTIL YOU ARE AT YOUR STYLISTS CHAIR, THEN THIS WILL BE AT YOU AND YOUR STYLISTS DISCRETION ON WHETHER YOU WANT TO WEAR A FACE COVERING, BUT PLEASE WHEN LEAVING STYLISTS CHAIR WE ASK AGAIN FOR YOU TO WEAR A FACE COVERING AND RESPECT OTHER STYLISTS AND CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STILL WEARING FACE COVERINGS WITHIN THE SALON.

No 37 COVID POLICY

Following the Government recent announcement and the changes that are being brought in from Monday 19th July, No37 Hair Salon will be not making any changes, we will continue to protect our staff and customers and there families.

We will continue asking clients to wear a face covering, all our staff will continue to wear them also.

Clients will still have to wait for their Stylist to give them access to the salon, please do not arrive early unless you have been contacted by you Stylist to do so, please arrive alone to your appointment unless it is absolutely necessary (this would have to be arranged prior to appointment for us to facilitate it)

Temperatures will still be taken on arrival to salon, Covid check in will still be in place for those who have the NHS App.

We will still be maintaining our high standard of cleaning and sanitisation throughout the salon.

Please understand this will not be for ever and when the time when we feel is right to get back to some kind of normal these restrictions will be lifted.

Covid safe to the extreme, all stylists are self contained in there own booths, we will still be operating social distancing at 2 metres to lower the risk to clients and staff.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

No37 is happy to announce that we will be opening on the 4th of July working from 9am - 3pm, this short day is to get our self employed staff use to our new Covid safe environment, from the 6th of July we will be working our normal hours as below.
Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Saturday 9am - 6pm
Thursday / Friday 9am - 7.30pm.

Below is how we will be working at No37.

1: Prior to your appointment if you have a raised temperature or generally feeling unwell please do-not turn up to your appointment, the safety of our staff and other clients is Paramount.
2: Please turn up to your appointment on time and alone (we will be operating with no waiting area).
3: On arrival please call or text you stylist (await instruction from them).
4: Clients will need to wear a face mask for their appointment, no face mask no entry! (ideally face mask that hooks around ears)
5: Clients and staff will have their Temperature taking on arrival to salon, this will be recorded for our own track and trace records and kept for 21 days.
6: Clients will need to sanitise before entering workstation area (located in reception).
7: The salon will not be providing tea / coffee / magazines, you are more than welcome on bringing your own.
8: All stylists will be wearing PPE at all times, all workstations will be cleaned prior to each clients arrival, recorded and signed off each time.
9: We will not be allowing under 16's in to the salon as we cannot accommodate at this present time.

There will be other things in place on your arrival, your stylist will go through these with you, we have made so many changes to the salon to make it Covid safe for staff and clients.

Will will be uploading pictures in the next hour of the big changes that we have made, we hope you like what we have done.

No37 is Celebrating it's 2nd Anniversary today, we would like to thank all our customers and staff for the support you have given us over this time.
Under the current Covid-19 issues we are making changes to the salon making it safe for customers and staff, we will be updating you in the coming weeks of how the salon will operate and have some exciting photo's of the work we have put in over the shut down period.
