When it comes to the most important day of your life, wouldn’t you want a professional that has years of experience working in the wedding industry?
I ABSOLUTELY WOULD 🪄
The same goes for hair stylists also. There are so many amazing artists out there that do great work, but weddings are a whole different ball game..
I’ve been in the industry now for a solid 8 years and I can tell you right now, weddings are so much more extravagant than they used to be! I’ve learnt so much along the way of what comes with a wedding day. We know what items are needed that aren’t just makeup related to help with any mishaps that morning. We plan out a timeline that helps the morning run smooth, we know what type of makeup to create to appear flawless & last all day for professional photos ✨
There is a difference between a makeup artist, a hair stylist, a photographer and a BRIDAL makeup artist, BRIDAL hair stylist & a WEDDING photographer 🙌🏼💍
My non negotiable’s for bridal glam 🪄
• Skin to look flawless in person and on camera
• Good skin prep always- remember your makeup only looks as good as your skin
• Buffing foundation/bronzer into the hair line and especially onto the ears & behind if your a bride with hair up
• The makeup to feel comfortable but look absolutely 10/10 at the same time
• To last all day & night- that glam needs to be budge proof for photographs, tears and still looking gorgeous at 11pm
• Strategic layering for longevity this is what makes the makeup last
