Life has been nonstop lately, mainly due to Jackson’s birthday celebrations taking over! So here’s a before and after from a few weeks ago.

Kayleigh is getting married next year and fancied a bit of a change to build up before the big day. She has the most beautiful thick and long hair. We added some blended foils and gave her a gentle face frame and softened with a natural toner ✨

🤍B I G C H A N G E S🤍 are on the way 👀…

Most clients will already know my plan has always been to have a salon space at home so that I can be more flexible and to make an easier work and home life balance. Whilst also providing a welcoming, chilled space for clients to come and relax and get their hair transformed at the same time 🥰

Well, we have finally made a start and progress is under way 😀
I have always said I would still stay at Lilly’s for my normal salon day but with big changes happening at Lilly’s too, unfortunately this will not be possible. Naturally it’s sad to be leaving after nearly 10 years at Lilly’s but changes have come at a good time for everyone 🥰

So, it may not look much at the moment, after only being plastered yesterday 😅, but I’m excited to get stuck in making my own work space at home very soon.

I will keep all clients updated with time scales etc but for now I will be continuing as normal at Lilly’s 💕

☀️Good Afternoon ☀️

I apologise for the slow response to clients. I’d like to stress again that my return is going to be a slow and steady one, keeping in mind that I may still potentially have to keep feeding Nala regularly.

After a lot of thinking and discussion with Joe, at the moment it’s not going to be possible for me to return to mobile work just yet. All mobile clients are more than welcome to make appointments with me at the salon until things can return to normal. I just have to go with what’s best for our family at the minute.
That’s not to say that I won’t be returning soon, it’s just not yet quite possible at this time.

I am still getting round to replying but I will ASAP in between nappy changes, feeds, school runs and life in general 😅

Well that went quick 💫👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

As promised, now I’ve had my little family break, I now want to focus on returning behind the chair and catching up with you all again with some KIT days ☺️✂️

It turns out that I have a super clingy baby girl that will not take any milk unless it’s her Mummas milk, directly from her Mumma 🤦🏼‍♀️
I have loved exclusively breastfeeding Nala (most of the time 🙃) for nearly 4 months now (Jackson only ever took a bottle 🙈) but practically it’s not ideal for retuning to work.
We have been trying regularly to introduce the bottle but so far we’ve had no luck. With that in mind, returning to work full days straight away isn’t going to be possible just yet.

Lucky for me, I have an amazing Mum and Mother in law who are both very willing to help me with child care and cooperate with Nala to make this work 🙌🏼

Firstly, so that I can organise how this will work, I’d love to hear from clients who would like some hair attention 💁🏽‍♀️
Please can I ask you to message me direct rather than leave comments so that I don’t miss any.
Please leave me details of service, for example, *colour, cut and blowdry*
And also how soon you would like your appointment.
Don’t feel offended it I don’t reply soon, I’ll just be juggling mum life at the same time.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had such quality time with my babies and now ready to get back to being Claire alongside being Mumma 🥰
