It is Disability Pride Month, and while the official 2026 theme is “The World Works Better With Us,” for me, this isn't just a marketing campaign. It is my daily reality, my family, and my heart.

Disability pride lives under our roof (well not literally, they have a lovely bungalow). My daughter and her wife, Becky, are both disabled. They are raising my beautiful grandchildren: Emilia-Jade, who is non-verbal autistic with EDS, and little Elijah, who is just 7 weeks old and already navigating his own complex issues.

Watching them love, adapt, and advocate every single day is exactly why I do what I do. Our neurodivergent and disabled children don't need to be "fixed" or forced to mask to fit into a rigid, inaccessible world. The world simply needs to step up and build spaces that work with them.

That is why I don't manufacture standard toys or building kits. I create specialist sensory tools and children's holistic self-care kits designed to embrace exactly how our children’s minds and bodies work. From our quiet time independent play kits to our community hub on Drayton Road, our goal is to build an environment where families like mine feel seen, celebrated, and completely supported.
