Before Charisma, I ran my own nail business for four years.

I remember the excitement of being self-employed.

Wondering where the next booking was coming from.

Doing every job myself.

Trying to be the nail technician, the marketer, the receptionist, the accountant, and the business owner all at the same time.

Self-employment can be incredible.

But it can also feel lonely.

And that's what inspired The Nail Collective.

I wanted to create the kind of space I would have loved to have had when I was building my own business.

A community of like-minded nail technicians.
