This is me, a short while after finishing Isotretinoin (Accutane) for adult acne for 6 months.
I never struggled with my skin through my teens, but as an adult I developed acne and things changed quickly. My hormones went absolutely crazy!
I tried antibiotics, topical treatments-everything I could-before eventually going on Isotretinoin.
It helped, but the journey was tough & sometimes an emotional rollercoaster! Severe dryness, dehydration, temporary rosacea flare-ups, and feeling like my skin had aged overnight. It genuinely affected my confidence— but I was determined as this was the only option left for me.
Even with my knowledge of skin, it was still a really challenging experience. And I know what it feels like to live in skin that knocks how you feel about yourself.
If you’re going through teen acne, adult acne, or recovery after treatments like this, I offer support for that.
When I open in October, this will be part of what I do
—helping you understand your skin & the safest products to use, guide you properly & gently with advice to help you through / after this journey.
