Honey Trap! On social media, fake followers and fake likes are available at very cheap prices! I once bought some to test how well the “sheep theory” (herd mentality) works — and sure enough, many people started following me too! I even read the demands from a lot of them in the messages. I can’t openly write about some of those!
Then I finally decided that I won’t follow any fool!
Let me write it again: I don’t need fake social followers from social media! I want revolutionary and inquisitive Osho friends!
Dogs definitely exist but god doesn’t exist!

Plato’s Allegory of the Cave (Full Story)
Imagine a deep, dark underground cave. Inside this cave, a group of prisoners have lived their entire lives since childhood. They are chained by their legs and necks so firmly that they cannot turn their heads or move their bodies. They can only look straight ahead at the blank stone wall in front of them.
Behind the prisoners, at a higher level, a fire burns brightly. Between the fire and the prisoners runs a raised pathway with a low wall along it, like a puppet stage. People walk along this path carrying all kinds of objects — statues of men and animals made of stone and wood, tools, and other artifacts. Some of these carriers talk among themselves; others remain silent. The fire casts the shadows of these objects onto the wall that the prisoners are facing.
Since the prisoners have never seen anything else, they believe these shadows are the only reality that exists. They spend their days naming the shadows, discussing them, and competing with one another to see who can best recognize which shadow will appear next. They think the echoes of voices coming from behind them are actually the voices of the shadows themselves. For them, this shadow world is the complete truth.
Now, suppose one of the prisoners is suddenly freed from his chains. He is dragged, unwillingly, up the rough and steep path out of the cave and into the bright sunlight outside. At first, the light is so intense that he is blinded and in great pain. He cannot see anything at all. Slowly, very slowly, his eyes begin to adjust.
The first things he can make out are the shadows of objects outside the cave. Then he sees the reflections of things in water. After some more time, he can look at the objects themselves. Finally, he is able to gaze upon the sun — the source of all light, seasons, and life itself. He realizes that everything he had seen before in the cave was merely an illusion, a pale imitation of true reality. The sun represents the ultimate Form of the Good — the highest truth.
Filled with joy and understanding, the freed prisoner pities his former companions still trapped in the cave. He decides to go back down and help them. When he returns to the darkness of the cave, his eyes — now accustomed to sunlight — struggle to see in the dim light. He stumbles and appears clumsy.
The other prisoners laugh at him. They say, “Look! He has gone up there and come back with his eyes ruined. Going outside has made him blind and foolish.” They mock his descriptions of the outside world. If anyone tries to free them and drag them upward, they would resist with all their strength. They might even try to kill the person attempting to liberate them, believing that the journey outside only brings pain and madness.

This allegory, told by Socrates in Plato’s book The Republic, is one of the most powerful stories in Western philosophy. It is not just about physical light and darkness — it is a profound metaphor for the human condition and the journey of education and enlightenment.
• The cave represents the world of appearances and ignorance.
• The shadows symbolize the opinions, illusions, and superficial knowledge most people accept as truth.
• The fire stands for the limited sources of “light” in our everyday world (media, culture, tradition).
• The journey outside represents the difficult, painful process of philosophical education — questioning assumptions and seeking true knowledge.
• The sun symbolizes the ultimate truth, goodness, and reality (the Form of the Good).
Plato suggests that true philosophers are like this freed prisoner. Their duty is to return to society and guide others toward enlightenment, even though they may face ridicule, resistance, or hostility.
The story ends with a warning: most people prefer the comfort of their familiar shadows over the discomfort of seeing the real world.

Reaching the Roots of Health: Conventional, Lifestyle, and Functional Medicine — An Invitation for Osho Friends to Real-Life Connection and the World Healing Project
Hello dear Osho friends!
These days most of us are struggling with health issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, constant fatigue, gut problems, stress, anxiety and depression. We go to doctors, get tests done and take medicines, yet the problems often return or new ones appear. Why does this happen again and again? Because we usually treat only the visible symptoms and rarely reach the real root cause of the illness.
Let me explain the three main approaches to medicine in simple and clear language so you can understand the difference and choose what is best for you.
First is Conventional Medicine, also called standard or allopathic medicine. This is the system most people know. When symptoms like pain, fever, tiredness or high blood pressure appear, doctors usually give medicines, suggest surgery or order tests to control the condition. It is very useful in emergencies and acute situations because it can quickly reduce suffering and save lives. However, it often focuses on managing symptoms rather than removing the deeper cause. As a result, many chronic problems keep returning or new issues develop over time.
Second is Lifestyle Medicine. This approach is completely different because it focuses on how we actually live every day. It is built on six important pillars: nourishing whole-food nutrition, regular physical movement, quality and sufficient sleep, effective stress management through meditation or breathing practices, strong social connections with family and friends, and dropping harmful habits such as excessive junk food, too much screen time or smoking. Lifestyle Medicine is used to prevent chronic diseases, treat them and in many cases even reverse them. Here the main power comes from daily changes in how we eat, move, sleep and manage our mind rather than depending heavily on medicines. In short, it says live the right way and the body has a natural ability to heal itself.
Third is Functional Medicine. This approach goes deeper by looking for the actual root cause of the problem. Doctors use detailed testing such as blood tests, stool tests and hormone panels to find biochemical imbalances inside the body. These imbalances can include gut issues, hormone problems, chronic inflammation or lack of important nutrients. Once the real cause is identified, they create a personalised plan using targeted supplements, specific diet changes and lifestyle adjustments to correct the imbalance. Lifestyle is still important here, but testing and supplements usually receive more attention. In short, Functional Medicine asks why the illness happened and what imbalance is behind it.
When we compare the three, Conventional Medicine is excellent for sudden or serious conditions but often does not address the root for long-term health. Lifestyle Medicine is the best starting point for most chronic issues because small consistent changes in daily life bring powerful and lasting results. Functional Medicine becomes very useful when someone has already tried basic changes and still needs deeper investigation through proper testing. My suggestion for most people is to begin with Lifestyle Medicine first. Simple steps such as walking thirty minutes daily, eating more whole foods, sleeping on time and practising a few minutes of meditation can create big positive changes in health. If the problem is deeper or does not improve, then Functional Medicine testing can be added for more personalised support.
This understanding connects beautifully with Osho’s teachings. Osho always reminded us that body, mind and spirit are one single reality. He taught awareness, meditation, conscious eating, emotional understanding and living together in community. All of these are the foundation of Lifestyle Medicine. When we become healthy and awake from inside, we naturally gain the capacity to help heal others and contribute to healing the larger world around us.
Now I want to share something very close to my heart with all Osho friends. We are already connected on social media. We like posts, comment and sometimes exchange messages. But real friendship, real transformation and real healing happen only when we meet in real life, sit together, meditate together, share simple healthy meals and exchange our personal stories and experiences face to face.
We warmly invite you to turn these social media friendships into real-life friendships and to join the World Healing Project. In this project we come together with one clear purpose. We learn and adopt these new and deeper approaches to health. We transform our online connections into genuine in-person friendships and strong community. We heal ourselves first, then support our families and communities, and gradually help heal the world one person at a time. Let us step away from our screens for some time. Let us meet, connect with open hearts, laugh together, meditate together and spread this wave of healing. Your energy, your story and your presence will make this project stronger and more beautiful.
If this message touches you, comment the word HEAL below or send us direct email,🧘🏿💚🌈we will personally guide you and help you take the next step.
Jai Osho!
You are warmly welcome ours upcoming the World Healing Project. Together we can heal ourselves and help heal the world.🙏🏿
