Session 1/3 lower body 21/04/26⬇️
T - 5 weeks
4 rounds
A1. Conventional deadlift 2 reps 220kg
A2. Broad jumps 6 reps
A3. RFE split squats 5kg 8 reps
A4. Band assisted jumps 10 reps
20/30 sec rest between each exercise
3-4 mins between each round.
B1. straight leg hip flexor raises 3 ES 20 sec hold
B2. tibialis anterior raises 15 reps
programming.

Stiff leg deadlifts 3x5 (200kg) (failed last set! forget my straps)
Leg extension 2x8 (stack + 1 plate)
DB bent over row 3x6-8 (50kg)
Chinese plank 3x 45s ( +2 plates)
Plate Woodshopper 3x12 🪵(20kg)(last set in the vid)

C1. Kelso Shrugs 3x8
C2. DB Incline Bench Press 3x8
D1. Neutral Grip Chin Up 3x8
E1. Elbow Supported Hammer Curls 3x8
E2. Overheard Extension - Straight Bar 3x8
