What is Microneedling?
Microneedling uses fine needles to create invisible micro-injuries into the Dermis, stimulating the skin’s natural ability to heal itself and increase the production of new collagen.

Microneedling is more than just a skin treatment, it’s a space for your body to soften and regulate.

Each session begins with a gentle double cleanse to prepare the skin, followed by numbing cream to ensure comfort throughout. Microneedling is then performed along side EGF active serums to stimulate collagen, repair, and renewal.

You’ll then be cocooned in a clinical mask and the use of cooling ice globes to calm and soothe the skin.

During this time, you are invited to drop deeper into your body with a 10-minute ritual of your choice:
• Chest & neck massage
• Scalp massage

Your treatment is then completed with hydration and SPF, leaving your skin nourished and visibly glowing.

Yesterday I held a 1:1 session and this was the message I woke up to this morning 🥹🥹❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Waking in the night.
Intense release.
Her body quite literally letting go.

I always knew deep down in my body somewhere, someday that I would work to help / guide people back to themselves yet I didn’t quite know how and it’s taken a lot of different routes & experiences & with that life has a funny way of showing things. I never knew that it was possible to feel peace, externally and internally when I was so dis-regulated & would thrive off chaos. I thought that it was just me and that’s who I was. Little did I know! After my hypnotherapy qualification back in 2024 and then onto 1 year in therapy myself, rewiring / reprogramming & still doing so ) finding acceptance and reclaiming myself and my power. Choosing me was the hardest part, commiting to the same times each week and showing up for myself. It definitely WAS NOT easy and for this sort of work, you have to really want the change & be ready to face darkness.

I cannot express the passion I feel for supporting and guiding souls to come back home to themselves using a multidimensional approach.
It honestly feels like fire in my soul, In my stomach. Deep, cellular and pure. 🔥

This sort of work goes beyond the mind.
Beyond surface level healing.
It meets us in places we didn’t know we could reach or gain access to.

A year that felt like my life was crumbling to pieces. I lost myself, my identity, shedded parts of my ego that was holding on for dear life. No direction, no motivation. Numbness. I questioned everything & everyone, deeper than I ever have before. It felt like nothing was ever going to feel light again, my spark had gone, my interests were non existent and I genuinely thought what’s the point. I felt not only emotional pain but physical pain that numbed my body, health issues that were completely out of my control. I felt out of control. I knew that there had to be something more, something more than I had done or tried before, I wasn’t up for living my life on “performance” anymore or staying quiet & still to save the peace. A version of me was literally shedding, leaving me in the unknown. I had to find a way to navigate into a new frequency that I knew wasn’t a choice, it HAD to happen! My body was yelling this time. I could go on for hours typing away however I found this place called SURRENDER and it still was tough as hell however each day I committed to myself, only something small and there were still no drastic, quick changes but I trusted. I trusted in the universe, slowing me down, for me to hear what I needed to, see what I needed to & to literally slowly, move me to where I’m meant to be. I chosen myself in 2025, to get to work internally. I had wanted to work with an incredible woman for a few years prior but myself and timings were not ready, I see it now. Rebirth 🌹

I am forever grateful for you for holding such a beautiful, pure, intentional space, for believing in me, through the unlearning, the deep internal shifts, the tears, the laughter & not to forget 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠.
