Had such a lovely time with Mary Cris during our one-on-one makeup masterclass yesterday.
Cris already has experience doing makeup, but today we focused on mastering the important details that truly elevate artistry. My teaching style is very straightforward and hands-on. I demonstrate one side first, then my student recreates the look step by step with my guidance throughout. I focus on the small details that truly make a difference in makeup artistry , from skin prep and blending to technique and finish.
Seeing my students gain confidence and improve their skills is honestly one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

With over 10 years of international experience, I specialise in timeless, refined bridal makeup that enhances your natural beauty while still feeling like YOU.
Over the years, I’ve worked with brides from different backgrounds and features , from British and Western brides to South Asian and East Asian beauty, which allows me to adapt effortlessly across all skin tones, face shapes, and styles.

My approach to makeup has never been about following trends. I believe in using products because they truly perform, wear beautifully, and photograph flawlessly, not simply because they are popular online. I’m also big on skincare because I believe your makeup is only as good as what goes underneath it, and I love making my brides feel relaxed and calm before the makeup process even begins.

Outside of makeup, I genuinely love documenting my work, capturing little bridal moments, filming behind the scenes, creating portraits, and telling stories through photos and videos. For me, beauty is not just about makeup, but about preserving memories and making women feel beautiful, relaxed, and seen.

As a bridal makeup artist, one thing I’ve learned over the years is this… beautiful makeup always starts with beautiful skin prep
Especially for my mature brides, I spend so much time focusing on hydration, gently prepping texture, lifting massage techniques, and making the skin feel healthy before any makeup even touches the face.
Because truthfully, no expensive foundation can do the work that good skin prep does.
A lot of women think they need heavier makeup as they get older, but most of the time, the skin just needs care, hydration, and the right preparation.
My goal is never to completely cover the skin or make you look like somebody else. I want you to still look like YOU, just softer, fresher, radiant, and confident on your wedding day
