I'll be off work today as attending a very special clients funeral. I'll miss her deeply, she was a great support to me. Thinking of her daughter today. RIP Lisa ❤️

Strange post but please continue.....

Recently I've had lots of conversations with clients about how long I've done their hair for, some I've done for longer than I even thought.
I've done hairdressing since I left school at the age of 16, I've done work on natural nails only for about 8 years,worked in 2 salons and being self employed working from my home salon for 9 years now! 💅💇‍♀️❤️

I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for the continued support you all give me, we've had some difficult times together, with losing loved ones, illnesses, having covid to deal with, my personal health and IVF issues that you've all been amazing with, showing so much care without ever asking to much or expecting answers.
BUT also faced lots of happy times aswell, birthdays, marriages, babies, house moves, holidays you name it.

We always share with one another good and the bad, and it's amazing. People often say what do you talk about for so long when your with a client for sometimes 5 hours 🤣 I love to hear everything, its never silent or awkward.

I love doing hair, and love the challenges that some of you often give me. When you feel good it makes me happy.

So my question is this and Im looking forward to reading some answers.

How long have I been your hairdresser for, and what keeps you coming back to me??

Well I'd say it was definitely worth the 5 and half hour long appointment to get a result like that!! Thanks to the client for trusting me it was a slightly complicated one as lots of blue to remove but I LOVE the final result and colour combo 💜💗 what do you all think???

The last week I've been quiet and not responded to calls and messages, but for a very good reason.....
I've just had a fabulous week on a cruise with family celebrating my nephew Kyle turning 18!!!!
I kept this quiet as myself and Craig actually surprised Kyle and the rest of the family by turning up. It was great to be able to do it. It was so special that we were able to pull this off.

I'll be back to work Monday where everything will be replied to, but thank you for your patience.
