Just a little update for you all...
Unfortunately, my spinal surgery was cancelled late in the day and has now been rescheduled for the beginning of September.

Whilst I'm away recovering from my operation, here are a few simple things you can do at home to keep your skin looking and feeling its best.

💧 Stay hydrated – healthy skin starts from within.
😴 Prioritise sleep – your skin repairs itself overnight.
☀️ Wear SPF daily – even when it's cloudy.
🧴 Moisturise consistently – hydration is key.
🍓 Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
🚭 Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol, which can contribute to premature ageing.
