I hope 2025 brings people a year of beautiful memory making, success and a year full of love, joy and peace

Good morning, Happy Tuesday and Happy new years eve everyone.

It's a early start for me today, woke up coughing as I am ending 2024 with tonsillitis. This has got me thinking more about my health, immune system and well being.

2025 I am going to up my game on ways I can help these issues. I've been researching natural remedies, spoke with my GP about supplements they would recommend to help and got an appointment with a dietitian to discuss my digestive system.

Did you know around 80% of your immunity system is in my digestuve system?

Shocking isn't it, this explains a lot for why I have a weak immune system as I have also have a porr gut health. So 2025 is about prebiotics, probiotics and healthy fibres to help improve my gut and digetive sytem health along with vitamins and minerals, omega 3 and glucosamine.

Whats your number 1 goal for 2025?

Hummm having fun with my new toy. Practice cutting and sticking onto my machine. Would be interested in vinyl decals being adding.🦋

Today is day 1 of a 21 day Wellosophy journey

During these 21 days I will be focusing on health and well being. I can't wait to see the difference in my face and stomach area.
