I feel like I’m on repeat but where has this year actually gone and here we are talking about Christmas !

It’s not been an easy year for me and I’m having to give myself grace, so with that being said I won’t be running myself into the ground with the usual “seasonal rush”

I’m taking a holiday in a couple of weeks for some Festive cheer away, which I’m so excited about because I do love a hot chocolate and lots of sparkles in the cold 🥶 💫✈️

I did so well with taking a after but did I forget a before, of course I did 😏
I don’t have favourite treatments because that would mean I don’t favour doing others but I do love a Lash Lift 😉🤫 it’s low maintenance, little aftercare, instant results, all your own, and practically anyone can have one, what’s not to love 💖

Having a treatment is way more than just getting results, it’s the journey on how it makes you feel, the special touches, the ambience, the general environment and the overall experience which has the most lasting impact. 💫

One skincare product to use if not anything else , make it a high quality sunscreen that gives you double protection with UVA (aging Ray) and UVB (burning Ray) and it’s not just for those days of Sun or on your holidays, it has to be a daily essential for life .

If you want to avoid premature ageing, pigmentation, collagen depletion then this is your go to skincare product and the thing with Sun damage it doesn’t show straight away, it accumulates over time, which in term leads to wrinkles, sagging, uneven skin tone, and most seriously skin cancer.
To cut it short also the SPF in your makeup just isn’t enough either! A separate sunscreen with that double protection is fundamental if you want to keep your skin looking its best long-term.
