On Friday, an incident occurred in the salon where a client spoke to me in a way that was quite belittling, in front of three other clients. I remained professional throughout, and after the client had left, the other clients kindly took the time to commend me on how I handled the situation. Their support meant a great deal.

I would like to gently remind everyone that the salon is a place of respect and kindness. While I always strive to provide the best possible service and go out of my way for my clients, I will not continue a service if I am spoken to in a disrespectful manner.

Like many small business owners, the challenges during Covid were incredibly difficult, and there were moments when negative experiences nearly led me to close the salon. However, I truly love what I do and value the wonderful clients who make my work so rewarding.

Going forward, I kindly ask that we treat one another with courtesy and respect. Anyone who behaves in a disrespectful manner will unfortunately not be welcomed back.

Today Russell and I took a trip to 👁️✨

During my Wella Colour Higher Level Diploma, we dive into the science of the eye, especially the melanin pigment within it and how it influences colour. So when I heard about this place, I had to get our eyes captured.

Russell was told he has very green eyes 💚
I was told mine are a darker green in spring/summer, and shift more hazel in winter 🤎💚

Such a fascinating experience, seeing the detail up close was incredible!

I am currently seeking a hair model for Wella TrendVision. Hair services will be provided as part of the project, and selected models will be paid.

Applicants must be confident and comfortable in front of the camera and have a strong, model-ready presence.

Preferred criteria:
• Height approximately 5’7”
• Slim build
• Aged 18–30
