Anyway realised committing to daily sun salutations at home wasn't a reality ..also realised that working from home is seriously lonely-making and just not good for the psychy long-term.
There's a real importance to that in class connection it was so lovely to chat to the two ladies either side of our pilates mats, sharing our stories.
