Hello again 👋🏼

It’s been (yet again 🙈 ) a while since I posted on here and I wish I could say it was for really fun reasons that I’ve been MIA 😂

I thought I’d come on and just do a little update anyway. These past 3 years have been a bit of a rollercoaster with my health. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which affects the thyroid back in 2022. I won’t bore you all with the details, but the symptoms have made it hard for me to carry on at my normal pace, and it’s been a challenge to keep on top of everything, including instagram (which is why I’ve been dipping in and out for a while now).

After relapsing last year, the consultant advised the best option is surgery to have my thyroid removed. I have a date set for 23rd September and, although finding my new normal can take up to a year, hopefully it will be the start of a new me! 🙌🏼🤞🏼

Anyway, all of this is just to say hey 👋🏼 I’ve not gone anywhere. I am still here plodding along in the background, with the most wonderful clients (who have supported me through it all and put up with my brain fog, low mood and tiredness 😂🙈). I am still teaching, which has been so wonderful being able to still do what I love 🥰. And life is just lifing!

I guess I’m just here to say, I’m back again and hoping to be more consistent. It won’t be daily. It might not always be weekly. But I am desperate to try and keep up. And I’ll do it in a way that works for me 🥰♥️
