It has come to our attention that since Saturday we have had no phone line. We do apologise that this happened before we actually close.
Sorry for anyone trying to call. We are currently fully booked however if anyone should wish to cancel we know you now can't.
Faye and Paula will be still working until 4.30pm Friday 31st.

Would like to say a big thank you to all my customers that have stay loyal and supported me over the last 25 years. As you all no my health over the last few years hasn't been good so had to make the big heart braking decision to close my salon. Big thanks to Paula and faye for running the shop the last 2 years. Good luck to them both on ther new venture. I myself will be doing some mobile hairdressing as I can the work around my hospital appointments .will put a number up shortly xx

Update
Paula and faye will be moving on from The Cutting Shop to Hairitage. Which is located directly across the road from the cutting shop.
Appointments can be made for the week commencing 10th February as from now. You can still contact us until 31st January from the salon and on 0115 9606415. However we will have a change of contact number when we leave.
There is a small price increase to all services at £3 we are sorry however its the best we could keep the prices.
The new premises are still disabled friendly.
We hope to see you all there.

Due to cancellations we have 2 slots available today. Either dry trims, cut and blow drys , straight or curling time available.

The cutting shop will cease trading on 31/01/2025.
Closing ours doors for the final time. We would like to thank all clients over the years especially the last few years that have stood by us at our difficult times understanding how short staffed we have been.
