Being in this business for over 13 years had a huge impact on my posture.
Over the past few years, I’ve been managing ongoing back pain with regular massage. Unfortunately, since last year this has progressed into neck, shoulder, wrist, and hip pain, and I now need consistent physiotherapy to properly restore my body.

To prevent my condition from worsening and to continue providing you with the best possible service, I need to slow down a little.

This means:
🌱 Taking longer breaks
🌱 Avoiding back-to-back appointments
🌱 Not rushing or squeezing clients in
🌱 Gradually reducing very long (over 2-hour) appointments

I truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. 🙏

To support my recovery, correct client positioning at the table is now very important:

🙍‍♀️ Please sit straight and close to the table
🤚🏼 Hold your hands straight and relaxed
🫳🏼 The armrest is there to guide you — your underarm should rest on it, not your wrist
🕳 Hands should be positioned just above the dust extractor

These small adjustments make a big difference and help me continue working safely and comfortably.

A new year again. 🥂
Not a reset, not a reinvention. Just a quiet continuation.
2026 isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about being more myself, with less rush, less noise, and fewer apologies. Doing things the way that actually feels right. Slowing down enough to notice what I’m doing while I’m doing it. Taking time to eat, to enjoy my coffee properly, to enjoy conversations, work, silence, and small moments without trying to optimize them.
This past year I haven't been too kind to me and my body. I didn't always give it what it needed and sometimes I pushed myself over my physical limits.
I’m thinking a lot about elegance. Not as an aesthetic, not as luxury, not as something you buy. But as a way of moving through life. How you speak. How you listen. How you treat your time and energy. Knowing you deserve care, attention, and space, and finally giving yourself some of it.
So in this new year, I’m choosing presence over pressure. Intention over speed. Depth over display.
Still ambitious. Still curious. Just calmer. More deliberate.

And I wish something similar for you:
that you slow down when you need to, respect yourself a little more, and give your body and mind what they’re asking for. That you look after yourself, not as a task, but as a quiet, everyday act of self-respect.
