2nd sitting from red to blonde for Courtney, loving the blend on this 😍

I don't tend to share much personal information in the business page, but I really wanted to share this with you all, as it means a lot to me.

As some know, I lost my dad back in august 2025 (just 9 months ago)

It was very sudden and unexpected, he was only 64.

I didn't post anything about his passing as I wasnt coping well, and thought id never recover from it at the time, which parts of me still haven't and actually never will.

So much has happened in the last 2 years, I actually don't know how I'm still upright 💪

Today, I had his signature in his handwriting tattooed, because I will forever be the daughter of G.A Collins, and I miss him terribly 💔

Tattoo was done by Rhi at Liquid Swords in Netherfield and I'm in love with it, its so personal and so perfect ❤️

If anyone is looking for an artist, I highly recommend Liquid swords, such a positive vibe in there! ❤️

Throughout my 23 years behind the chair in this industry, ive touched thousands of heads with all different hair types, but I think the award for the most hair ive ever dealt with in 1 sitting goes to Lilly!
Of course there was an element of corrective work here with 5 inch root, and a block of yellow blonde box colour to break up, but 2.5 hours just to foil! 🫨
When the last foil went in, my legs had stopped working, my arms ached, a crick in the neck, and wondering what year we are in now?

I just wanted to pop on and talk about the pricing structure between my foils, as I think some people struggle to understand how there is only £10 increases between:
"T-section £75// Half head £85// Full head £95

Amount of foils used per service approx;

T-section (40 foils)
Half (60 foils)
Full (80 foils)

Of course this isn't exact per person, but this is the best way I can explain the pricing behind the service, and that Half is never just Half, it just doesn't work that way.

When you book any of the above, you're booking out a time slot in my chair for any of the above foil applications that still consists of development time, shampoo, toner, treatment, products, a cut, blowdry, and finish in a warm well lit salon with refreshments, which costs me as an expense mostly the same amount for all services except a little extra time and a small amount of products, please see below 👇

T- section £75 (2.5 hours)
Half head £85 (3 hours)
Full head £95 (3.5 hours)

So actually, there's not much difference when you look at the product and time, thats why its only an extra £10 for the 30 mins and extra foil.

So why do people have Half a head or a T-section when the price is so close?

✂️Limited time, and wanting a quicker service
✂️ It keeps between £10-£20 in your pocket
✂️ It can be better for hair health
✂️ To keep hair more natural for less upkeep
✂️ Colour preference/ finished look
✂️Less salon visits

I hope this clears anything up for those that wasnt sure, as id hate for anyone to feel like its unfair or that it doesnt make sense. 😘
