Bottom left for my choice of toner for this blonde transformation yesterday. I find my orders getting warmer and warmer lately and I never thought I’d see the day. Soft creamy blondes have my heart always. I’ve never been one for ash tones but I feel it’s finally trickling down to the clients and everyone is happy to lean into a more natural looking blonde ✨

Lately I’ve had a lot of clients going shorter, what’s your thoughts? Is the bob back?

Also can we just take a moment for her completely natural perfect face. What an amazing week I’ve had at home so far with my favourites. I wish I could do her hair every month but for now I’m just appreciating every pick of time I have with her while she’s home so I apologise for my absence atm but if there’s one thing about me, family is just everything and I want to make the most of the time I have with them ♥️☘️☀️

The placement. The lowlight. The highlight. The toner. The cut & Blowdry.

Every single decision you make and discuss in your consultation matters. How fine or thick your foils are make such a huge difference aswell as how much negative space or lowlight stands between each highlight. How high maintenance or low maintenance your client wants their hair to be, how often they want to be back in the chair? Your placement will effect the cut, how do you want to end result to look.

All these things matter and these are only a handful of things we have to think about before starting a clients hair. We’ve all done it. Finish and think “sh*t, i actually should have put more foils in or I put too many in”.

Take your time, ask the questions. I promise your client will appreciate it.
