Hi everyone 💛

I wanted to share a little personal update. Over the coming weeks/months, I’ll be working reduced hours while I focus on my mental health and undergo treatment.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s an important one for me. I’m still here, still doing what I love, and so grateful to continue seeing my wonderful clients — just with a slightly lighter schedule while I take care of myself too.

I also just want to be honest and say that I may not always be my usual bubbly, overly talkative self during appointments for a little while, so please don’t take it personally. Some days I’ll simply be focusing on getting through quietly while still giving you the best service I can.

Appointments may be a little more limited than usual, so please bear with me on replies and availability. Your patience, kindness, and support truly mean more than I can say.
