Spring Lash Shed Explained 🌸

If your lashes seem to be falling out more than usual right now, don’t panic — it’s completely normal! This is known as the “spring lash shed.”

Just like we shed more hair as the seasons change, your natural lashes go through a cycle too. As we move out of winter and into spring, your body adjusts to longer daylight hours and changing temperatures. This can speed up your natural lash cycle, causing more lashes to shed at once.

What does this mean for your lash extensions?
✨ You may notice your lashes looking less full sooner than usual
✨ You might need infills a little more frequently
✨ Retention may feel shorter temporarily

The good news? It’s only temporary! Once your body adjusts to the new season, your lash cycle will balance out again.

How to maintain your lashes during this time:
✔️ Stick to regular infill appointment
✔️ Brush them gently
✔️ Avoid picking or pulling

Consistency is key — your lashes will be back to normal fullness before you know it.

Watching Heidi grow over the last 12 months has been such a proud moment for me 🤍
The improvement in her confidence, technique and attention to detail has been incredible. She has truly put the work in — and it shows.
She did my lashes today and absolutely nailed them. As you all know, I’m a very natural client (with difficult lashes 😅). I love short, soft sets that enhance rather than overpower — and she delivered exactly that. Clean, controlled and suited to me.

Ladies this is just 3 weeks growth so even if you think your lashes are still full majority of the time I have to remove 30% of the lashes to stop them from twisting. You know when you say there starting to twist and be uncomfortable this is why. ♥️

Fluffy lashes for this beautiful lady she asked for a nice full look, so that’s what she got ♥️
