Lauren brings a truly unique approach to wellness, combining her impressive scientific background with a passion for holistic health. With a BSc in Biomedical Science, a PhD in Regenerative Medicine, and specialist training in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, she offers treatments designed to support the Lymphatic system, healing, reduce swelling, improve recovery, and promote overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, looking to support your lymphatic system, or simply wanting to invest in your health, Lauren’s treatments provide a calming, restorative experience tailored to you.

Meet Andrew 💙

Every Friday you’ll see a very special member of our team here at the clinic… my brother, Andrew.

Andrew is 46 years old and lives with learning disabilities, autism and a spinal condition. When he was younger, doctors told our family he may not live beyond his teenage years. Yet here he is today, proving that predictions don’t define a person.

One of the things I’m most proud of is that Andrew has held down a job for over 20 years. His dedication, routine and commitment are something many people would aspire to.

As we begin this exciting new chapter, it only felt right that Andrew would be part of it too. He’ll be with us every Friday, helping out around the clinic and, most importantly, bringing his smile, kindness and unique personality to our team.

This clinic has always been about people, compassion and creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Having Andrew with us is a reminder that everyone deserves the opportunity to contribute, be valued and be included.
