The biggest mistake people make with pre jowls? Filling the jowl itself. ๐Ÿ‘€
One of the most effective ways to improve a pre jowl isn't by injecting directly into the hollow. Instead, I restore the support around it.
โœจ Chin filler strengthens the front of the jaw, improves projection, and creates a smoother transition into the jawline.
โœจ Jawline filler restores structure and definition, helping to support the tissues around the pre jowl and create a cleaner, more continuous contour.
By rebuilding the framework of the lower face, the pre jowl hollow often appears significantly softer without placing filler into the jowl itself. This creates a more natural result and avoids adding unnecessary weight where it isn't needed.
Every face is different, which is why a full facial assessment is always carried out before treatment. The goal isn't to fill lines. It's to restore support, balance, and facial harmony.

And no, I don't mean dermal filler.
Every day I get the privilege of listening to women, building their confidence, celebrating their wins, picking them up after difficult times, and helping them see the beauty they often can't see in themselves. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

Some appointments are full of laughter. Some involve tears. Some are just an hour where someone gets to switch off from the rest of the world.
Yes, I inject filler. But more importantly, I pour confidence, reassurance, kindness and self belief into every client who walks through my clinic door.
That's what being a girls' girl means to me ๐Ÿฅฐ

Beyond the Needle: The Truth About Regulations
If you've spent any time on social media lately, you've probably seen comments like:
"Aren't you losing your job tomorrow because you're not a medic?"
So, let's separate facts from Facebook.
The aesthetics industry is changing, and I genuinely welcome higher standards that improve patient safety. As our industry grows, regulation should help protect clients and raise standards for everyone.
What many people don't realise is that there isn't a new law that suddenly prevents every non medic from practising aesthetics overnight. The proposed licensing framework is still being developed and will take time to implement.
In the meantime, here's what I already have in place to help keep my clients safe.
โœ”๏ธ Fully insured.
โœ”๏ธ Advanced training with ongoing education and regular refresher courses because I believe learning never stops.
โœ”๏ธ I continuously invest in new courses to improve my knowledge, techniques and patient safety.
โœ”๏ธ My clinic premises have been inspected by my local council as part of my SPMU licence requirements and meet the required standards for that licence.
โœ”๏ธ Strict infection prevention and hygiene protocols.
โœ”๏ธ Genuine CE marked products sourced from reputable UK suppliers.
โœ”๏ธ Anti wrinkle treatments are prescribed through an independent prescriber in line with current UK requirements.
For me, aesthetics has never been about doing the minimum required. It's about continually improving, putting client safety first and providing honest advice, even if that means saying no to treatment.
Whether someone is a medic or a non medic doesn't automatically tell you how safe, ethical or experienced they are. The questions every client should be asking are:
โ€ข Are they properly trained?
โ€ข Are they insured?
โ€ข Do they understand facial anatomy?
โ€ข Do they know how to recognise and manage complications?
โ€ข Do they prioritise your safety over making a sale?
Those are the conversations that really matter.
I'll continue to adapt to any future regulations, continue investing in my education and continue providing the safest treatment I possibly can for every client who walks through

๐Ÿ’‰ Ever wondered what actually happens after your anti wrinkle treatment?

Most people know it softens lines, but very few know how it works.

In this short animation, you can see what happens beneath the skin. The product travels to the nerve and temporarily blocks the signal telling the muscle to contract. As the muscle relaxes, the skin above it also relaxes, helping to soften existing lines and reduce the formation of deeper static lines over time.

โœจ Results are gradual, not instant.
โœจ Most people begin noticing changes within 4 to 7 days.
โœจ Full results are usually seen around 14 days.

Understanding your treatment helps you know what to expect and why regular maintenance can help keep your results looking natural.
