Assistant Practitioner - Role Outline

Simply Skin Clinic are currently seeking a qualified practitioner to Level Three Beauty Therapy and above to join our Team. The role initially offers up to 16 hours per week, with possible additional hours to cover staff holidays, staff training days etc. Ideally the candidate will be open to working one evening a week and on Saturdays.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and eager to learn and will receive training in Laser Hair Removal initially, then advance onto Laser Thread Vein Removal, Skin Needling, Skin Peels & Hifu Treatments. Training will be provided in-house by our qualified trainer practitioner. You will have a keen interest in educating clients on skincare and products and will be self-motivated and hardworking, being able to work on your own initiative, alone or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform laser-based treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, thread vein removal.
Deliver non-invasive aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling.
Develop a good understanding of client needs to assess skin condition, hair type, and suitability for treatments.
Maintain a clean, organised and compliant treatment environment following all health & safety regulations.
Monitor treatment outcomes & document client progress, manage expectations & outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, laser technology, and aesthetic practices.
Assist in clinic operations, including scheduling, customer service, take payments both cash and card machine with accuracy, cleaning duties, inventory management and supporting colleagues as needed.
Communicate with our clients in a professional and discreet manner both face to face and on the telephone.
Adhere to the contents of the Code of Conduct for Simply Skin, importantly but not exclusively the legalities and compliance with safety regulations.
