Back home on the road to recovery following surgery on Sunday. I’ve made a simmer pot to aid my healing which includes ginger, lemon, cinnamon sticks, cloves and oils of eucalyptus, orange, lavender, rosemary & cedarwood - it already smells amazing 💜

💜 Tonight was 🔮Spooky Spectacular💫 an evening of readings for some lovely ladies at M60 Pilates 🧘‍♀️ they received a goody bag each following their readings 🎁 I didn’t take many pics as I was busy with readings and enjoying the chats with the ladies. Thank you to you all 🙏🏻

My weekend was spent on a retreat in Wales celebrating Samhain run by my lovely friend. Such beautiful souls and energy and a wonderful way to connect 💜🍁🌙
