Hi everyone just a polite notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to do it online if you have downloaded the Fresha app it should be really simple and easy to do. Unfortunately I do have strict cancellation fees and charges for no shows I know somethings come up and can’t be helped as I have recently needed to move and cancel due to a very personal situation. I have recently have a few late cancellations but through people messaging me and I don’t always see it until it’s too late which has happened a few time over the last few weeks which is leaving me with spaces to late to fill and loosing money when I can give that space to another client or be at home with my children so please can everyone book/rebook/cancel through the Fresha app thanks ❤️
