❌Spray Tans and Sunburnt Skin❌
•Sunburnt Skin is damaged skin and applying a spray tan over it will cause further irritation, delay the healing process and cause a patchy application.
•When the skin gets burnt the damaged cells can react to the DHA in the tanning solution causing a blotchy, patchy and uneven tan.
•When the sunburn is peeling and the skin is not fully repaired the tan will peel off with the dead skin cells resulting in uneven blotchy development that cannot be fixed!!
•Sunburn can take 4-6 weeks to fully heal depending on the severity and getting a spray tan during this time is not advised!
Protect skin your skin wear suncream and please advise if you have sunburn prior to an appointment.
