If you’d like to make any amendments to your appointment (for example changing from a full head to a half head, adding/removing services etc.) we do ask for at least 48 hours notice.

Last minute changes can leave our stylists with empty appointment time that’s difficult to refill. As many of you know, our waitlist is currently very busy, so to help us accommodate everyone fairly, we kindly ask that any amendments to your booking are made with at least 48 hours notice where possible.
