Why not try including some of the beautiful range in your self care routine?

You could treat yourself to a 5 minute hand massage with by far my client’s favourite hand cream. Or even better... convince someone to do it for you 🥰

“The oak tree said, I know that you
Can break each branch of mine in two,
Carry every leaf away,
Shake my limbs and make me sway.

But I have roots stretched in the earth,
Growing stronger since my birth.
You’ll never touch them, for you see
They are the deepest part of me.

Until today, I wasn’t sure
Of just how much I could endure.
But now I’ve found with thanks to you,
I’m stronger than I ever knew.’

Thank you to all my lovely clients, friends and family that have helped me navigate and weather the storm of 2020. It hasn’t been an easy year for any of us, but at least we’ve been in it together.

As the storm makes the roots of the tree stronger, we have all learned many lessons in this year and have come out of the other side more resilient, and more appreciative of what is important to us ❤️

Moving our clocks in either direction changes the principal time cue -light - for setting and resetting our 24-hour natural cycle, or circadian rhythm. In doing so, our internal clock becomes out of sync or mismatched with our current day-night cycle.

So, my tip is: Stick to your schedule. Be consistent with bed times during this transition.

Our circadian rhythm plays an essential part in the regulation of many of our bodies systems – including our blood pressure, body temperature and hormone production – so it’s only logical that sleeping in accordance with that timer helps to promote better, more rejuvenating sleep.

The 90 minute phase before midnight is one of the most powerful phases of sleep, because it’s the period where the body is replenished.

So if your usual bedtime is 11pm, stick to your usual bedtime by going to sleep at 10pm current time. This way, you are giving your body those pre midnight ‘Golden hours’ for a rejuvenating sleep.

If you are having trouble nodding off, DM me for some tips/products to improve your
