If you’ve welcomed your baby in the last few months, you might be craving something calm and supportive in your week.
Not just another baby class.
Not somewhere you feel rushed.
But somewhere you can breathe.
A new 6 Week Baby Massage & Reflexology Course starts on Monday 2nd March at 10am, and there are now only a few days left to secure a space.
Over six weeks you’ll gently learn:
• How to ease wind and tummy discomfort
• Reflexology points to support sleep and digestion
• A full baby massage routine
• How to recognise and respond to your baby’s cues
• How to adapt everything to suit your baby
This isn’t a one size fits all sequence. The group is intentionally small so you can ask questions and feel properly supported.
Feeding, cuddling and changing are always welcome.
Everything is included. Mats, massage oil to take home, detailed handouts, plus tea and cake each week.
And because booking something new can feel daunting, there’s a 100% money back guarantee if you attend and genuinely feel it wasn’t helpful.
If this feels like the right fit for you, I would encourage you to book soon before spaces close.

Next baby massage class starts on 7th November! Learn techniques that can help soothe wind, colic, constipation and teething. Meet other parents and relax with complimentary tea and cake after the class! All classes are completely baby led.
Baby massage is about safe respectful nurturing touch. We ask permission because we want to teach our growing children that they have autonomy over their body and they always have a right to say no. There is absolutely no need to pulling a baby’s arms into positions like this! And if your baby isn’t enjoying the massage then stop!
Correlation is not causation.

If you joined me on the Pregnancy Massage course at JING this week – thank you!
I’ve had the most incredible four days sharing something I’m deeply passionate about. It’s always an honour to support pregnant clients, and this week it was an equal honour to guide other therapists in learning how to nurture during pregnancy.
Because when you care for a mother, you’re not just supporting her – you’re supporting her baby, her family, and her whole journey. 💕

💛 Do you live with jaw pain, clicking, clenching, or tension headaches? I’d love to hear from you. 💛
I’m currently looking for women aged 25–65 to take part in a special research project that's really close to my heart.
Over the years as a massage therapist, I’ve worked with so many women quietly suffering with TMJ issues — pain in the jaw, temples, neck, head — often without much support or understanding.
Now, as part of my final year studying the Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage, I’m running a 16-week research study exploring whether a combination of massage and home self-care can help reduce TMJ pain and related symptoms.
If this sounds like you (or someone you love), I’d be so grateful if you’d consider joining me. 💗
What’s involved:
👐 3 hands-on massage treatments with me (in Orpington)
📹 Simple, guided self-care videos to do at home
📝 A short weekly symptom check-in (online form, just a few minutes)
💬 Ongoing support from me throughout
This study is not free but is being offered at a huge discount to reflect your time, energy, and the important role you’ll play in contributing to real research that could help others in the future too.
You might be eligible if you’ve had:
Jaw pain or clicking
Tension when chewing or talking
Headaches or pain in your neck/shoulders
Teeth clenching or grinding (especially at night)
TMJ symptoms for 3 months or more
📍 Based in Orpington (BR6)
🕊️ Safe, supportive, trauma-informed environment
🎥 No previous experience with massage or self-care needed

And please feel free to share this with any friends, family or colleagues who might benefit. Every single person who takes part will make a difference — and I’d love to support you on this journey.
Warmly,
Lucie Ellis-Jennings

🇺🇸 4th of July. A day to celebrate freedom — yet Lady Liberty weeps.
While America lights fireworks, far too many women are being silenced, sidelined — or worse, lost.
🖤 Adriana Smith, a 30-year-old nurse in Georgia, was just eight weeks pregnant when she suffered a stroke and was declared brain dead. But under the state’s abortion laws, doctors refused to withdraw life support — despite her family’s wishes.
She was kept alive for over 100 days, even after scans showed the baby had fluid on the brain and may be blind, unable to walk, or unlikely to survive.
🖤 Amber Nicole Thurman (28) and Candi Miller (41), both in Georgia, died from treatable complications because providers were afraid to act.
🖤 In Texas, Josseli Barnica (28) died after a 40-hour delay in miscarriage care. Nevaeh Crain (18) was sent home from hospital multiple times before dying of sepsis.
🖤 Maternal deaths are now twice as likely in states with abortion bans. These laws aren’t pro-life — they’re pro-control.
These women deserved better. Their families deserved choices.
This is not liberty. It’s cruelty, written into law.
📢 Reproductive rights are human rights.
📢 Freedom means nothing without bodily autonomy.
📢 You don’t have to be American to care — just human.
