On Sunday I completed my last run of the Couch to 5k. It’s been a challenge 😁 - one that I’ve enjoyed (mostly 🤔🤣). This morning I wanted to get out for some exercise before a busy day but knew I wouldn’t have time for a 30mins run plus warm-up and cool-down, so instead I did a 20mins run from Week 5 of the 9 weeks. Felt good to be outside and trotting about in the sunshine, and once again Denise Lewis was the voice in my ear, keeping track of time and encouraging me to keep going when I wanted to stop. Result!😊 Sometimes a couple of steps back is the best way forward 😊👍

Now on Week 8 of our Couch to 5k adventure - tried to get me, training partner and daffodils into the shot today 🤣🙈, oh well😁. Really enjoying slowly getting fitter and loving being out and about🎉
