My name is Courteney, and I'm a Therapeutic and Soft Tissue Massage Therapist, supporting women's wellbeing from my practice in Ottery St Mary. 👋

I moved to Devon five years ago after growing up in the South East. Before that, I was working flat out in the corporate world, and over time I watched my health and wellbeing slowly disappear. I was constantly exhausted, foggy-headed, irritable, overweight, and deeply unfulfilled. For a long time, I felt as though I had no control over how I was feeling, but I wasn't willing to accept that this was simply my "normal."

Since moving to Devon, I've found my way back to wellness by focusing on what truly matters: prioritising my health, spending time in nature, embracing the good around me, and making positive lifestyle changes. 🌱

But it was massage that was the first stepping stone on this new journey. 💆‍♀️It helped me reconnect with my body and mind, gave me the space to recognise what was causing so much stress and pain, and reminded me how powerful it can be to let go of the things that no longer serve us.

Inspired by my own experience and the incredible healing benefits of massage, I made the decision to leave corporate life behind. Today, I'm passionate about helping other women discover that massage is so much more than an occasional luxury, it's a powerful investment in your physical and emotional wellbeing. 💟

I’ll be making a small price increase of just £3.50 to each full body and upper body treatment, starting Tuesday 26 May, (after the last May Bank Holiday). There will be no increase to Bespoke treatments at this time, and all appointments booked ahead of 26 May will be honoured at the current rate.

This change represents the amazing growth of Renew in the past 18 months, (I still pinch myself that I'm actually doing this full time), and will support me in continuing to offer the best care that I can, whilst still developing my skills as a therapist.

Even with this adjustment, I'm sure you'll appreciate that these rates remain very competitive, and I’m still committed to keeping massage therapy accessible for all.
