One years old 💜✨

A year ago today, I relaunched Suspire with a hope to provide and share the amazing physical and mental benefits of massage.

And what a year it has been seeing old clients return and welcoming new clients to Suspire, so many of whom I have been able to welcome back over and over again. ☺️

Thank you to everyone that has stepped foot in Suspire and trusted me to provide great massage, for those that return, those that recommend and those that buy vouchers for their loved ones - I couldn't have done this year without you. 💜

There are so many things I hoped to have completed by now. But I am looking forward to stepping into Suspire's second year, continuing to grow in my therapy practice, providing the very best massages and ticking some of those things off my list!

Sunday Reminders ☀️✨

I’ve been pretty slack on my posting here, and I feel a bit guilty for it. But truthfully, I have been celebrating friends, living presently and taking opportunities to enjoy this wonderful life I’m blessed to have - while giving myself permission to not feel pressure to post.

Suspire has been open and has welcomed some lovely new clients this past month 🤍 so thankful for each of my clients, old and new.

Have you ever experienced soreness after a massage?

This is perfectly normal, especially if it’s been some time since your last treatment. Massage stimulates muscles that are not often used or are already causing some discomfort. The process can increase inflammation (the body’s natural healing response) which can lead to temporary increased tenderness.

Communicating honestly will help you get the most out of your treatment; Pre-massage consultations, during your treatment if a technique is not feeling therapeutic, and post treatment check in’s to how your body is still responding.
