Most of the UK is feeling the heat right now - it’s 31 degrees here in Oxford! ☀️ ☀️ ☀️
If you struggle in the heat, remember to wear sunscreen, a hat, seek shade or stay inside during the hottest part of the day, if you can. Having the curtains drawn will help keep your rooms cool. Most importantly, stay hydrated - water and ice lollies will do the trick! 🥵🥵🥵

I’ve had a wonderful couple of days on the Indian Head Massage course! Learned some new skills, met some lovely people, and had a little impromptu break with my husband at the same time!
