What Are UV Rays? ☀️
Ultraviolet (UV) rays are a form of invisible energy emitted by the sun. Although you can't see or feel them, UV rays reach the Earth's surface every day and can affect your skin and eyes, even on cloudy or cool days.
While moderate sun exposure has benefits, such as helping the body produce vitamin D, excessive UV exposure can cause skin damage, premature aging, sunburn, and increase the risk of skin cancer.
Make sure you stay protected, especially in warm sunny weather:
✅ Wear sunscreen (SPF 50+)
✅ Use sunglasses with UV protection
✅ Wear a hat and protective clothing
✅ Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 AM–4 PM)

Basal cell carcinoma is the most common type of skin
cancer. While it rarely spreads to other parts of the
body, it can continue to grow and cause damage if left
untreated.
If you've noticed a new, changing, or non-healing skin
