When self-doubt creeps in, it's so easy to focus on what I could be doing better.
This beautiful card from one of my gorgeous families is something I'll keep close and return to whenever those doubts get too loud.
It's a reminder that the small things are actually the big things, that CONNECTION is what really matters and that what happens in my classes reaches further than I sometimes realise.
Being trusted to support parents and their babies during such a special chapter of life is a privilege I never take for granted.
