Beth did Tracy’s LVL after work today! How amazing is the result!!

Beautiful lifted lashes that will last up to 8 weeks!

As we prepare to reopen the salon tomorrow, we have had to put in place some new procedures to keep ourselves and all of our lovely clients safe during this time.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. Please do not arrive too early or too late. If you are running late please give us a call as we may have to limit your appointment or reschedule.

2. Please arrive to your appointment alone and bring minimal belongings with you.

3. When you arrive, please wait outside until it is safe for one of our therapists to let you in. Our door will be locked as we will only be accepting pre-booked appointments, no walk in appointments will be available.

4. Upon entering, please adhere to the Scottish government guidelines and wear a mask. A disposable mask can be provided for a small fee if you do not have one. If you are exempt from wearing a mask due to medical conditions, please let us know.

5. Use the hand sanitiser provided to clean your hands on arrival. We will provide you with a small COVID-19 screening form for you to fill out for track and trace purposes. We will also take your temperature at this time.

6. Your therapist will then take you to either a nail desk or to a treatment room where we hope that you will enjoy your treatment! All staff will be wearing protective PPE in order to keep you safe.

7. Payment remains as cash only, however, if you prefer, you can pay for your treatment in advance when you book with us online.

8. All future appointments must be made by either calling the salon or booking online to ensure our therapists have enough time to sanitise treatment areas prior to their next client arriving.

We appreciate your cooperation with these change as we get used to the ‘new normal’ and we hope that you will still enjoy your treatments and the great service we continue to provide! We will still be our usual smiley selves (albeit those smiles will now be under a mask!)

GREAT NEWS!

The Scottish Government have given us the go ahead to all face treatments due to the nature in which we carry these out!

That means - lashes, facials and those all important brows can be tamed!!

WE ARE SOOOO HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL BE ALLOWED TO REOPEN ON WEDNESDAY 22ND JULY

We are currently awaiting Scottish Government advice to confirm we will be able to offer all treatments. We will update as soon as this has been confirmed.

All previously booked appointments will still be honoured and you can use the book now button on our page to book via Treatwell!

Unfortunately no news on dates for beauty salons yet, we are currently awaiting a reopening date.

However we are so glad to see that our industry is going to start to reopen and cannot wait to start by having our hair done!!
