Also over the past couple of weeks I have a couple of no shows this impacts me financially and also wastes my time when I could have had another client in or spent some time with my girls during the holidays. All my clients know I’m very fair if there has been an emergency or illness and if given notice I can fill the space. I will be reposting booking and cancellation policy later again today.

As a small business working all hours to provide for my family I need to be stricter with these policies.
