As most of our clients know, as from November last year we had to start charging a very small fee for no shows and last-minute cancellations, this was due to the number of people not respecting our time.
If you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we are going to need at least 48 hours notice to avoid the charge, you can contact us by phone, text, Instagram, Facebook or via the salon website, you can still call the salon even when closed.
Anyone giving staff abuse over our policy will not be welcomed back to the salon.
