Cancellations ….
This is always an awkward conversation…
I don’t think people realise, when you cancel on us, it’s absolutely fine, if you can’t make an appointment. Give us plenty of notice, so we can fill that time slot with something else. 24 hours at least.
We don’t want to start charging deposits, we know this is not liked, but we also need to be considered.
We appreciate sometimes no matter what you do, life happens.. and there can be moments where you need to cancel last minute.
It’s just not nice when you can clearly see it’s just someone that can’t be bothered and has forgotten the excuse they made previously.. 🙄

It’s all up to you !

Don’t be afraid to let us know just how much, how little you would like chopped off !

It’s ok if you don’t want to go with what’s is recommended, you might have plans, we will go with what suits you.
Only if hair damage is extreme, would we recommend taking of what is needed, as opposed to what you would like. Even then, it is still your choice 💇🏼‍♀️💇🏻💇🏽‍♂️💇🏽‍♀️ ( unless you arrive with some form of wildlife growing in your nest .. well that’s another matter ! 🙈)
