Hairbears and Buddies,

I just wanted to let you all know that from 1st July, there will be a price increase to my services.

As many of you know, the cost of products and general inflation have risen significantly, and unfortunately this means I need to make a few adjustments to my pricing. This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it will allow me to continue providing the high standard of service and keep using the professional, high-end products I believe your hair deserves.

As part of these adjustments, I will continue to offer a senior and student discount on cutting services, however these discounts will no longer apply to colouring services due to the increasing cost of products and materials involved.

I am always striving to learn new techniques, improve my skills, and stay up to date with the best products,equipment and trends so I can continue giving you the very best care and results.

I genuinely value each and every one of you and I am so grateful for your continued loyalty and support. I can honestly say I’m happy to come to work every day.

Dear Valued Clients,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some deeply personal news. I am heartbroken to inform you that my dad has passed away peacefully while I was away in Tenerife. As you all know, family means the world to me, and during this difficult time, I need to take some time to be with my family and make the necessary arrangements.

In light of this, I must temporarily close my diary and cancel all bookings for the next few weeks. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate the details of the funeral and take the time to grieve.

Your loyalty and support mean so much to me, and I am grateful to have such wonderful clients during this challenging time. I will reach out again when I am in a position to start rearranging appointments.

Wishing all my hair bears and buddies another very merry christmas and a joyful newyear. I know I say it every year but I mean it immensely.
