To the mothers holding their families together behind the scenes.
To the mums doing it alone, carrying the full weight of everything.
And to the women constantly putting little fires out while also battling every day just to protect and raise their children.

You are stronger than you realise.

So what if the dishes aren’t done.
So what if your hair hasn’t been washed today.

Look at the beautiful little humans you are raising — the ones who call you mum.

Whether you carried them in your womb or carried them in your heart, you are shaping a life.

We raise people. Actual human beings. And those little people are the ones we fight to protect every single day.

That’s powerful. That’s love. That’s motherhood.

So be proud of yourselves. Be kind to yourselves. Love yourselves a little more today.

✨ I’m back in the salon tomorrow all day and ready to to get started on the log road ahead

🌿 A New Chapter for Frances at East Fulton Farm 🌿

Never thought I’d see the day Frances and farm were in the same sentence again… but here we are. 😂
Maybe this is the universe’s way of righting a wrong — a little cosmic course-correction — and honestly, it feels like the start of my journey all over again.

I’m renting a room one day a week at Fulton Farm, Linwood - Starting w/c 8th December.

Prices and treatments to follow early next week.
I’m genuinely blessed that the gorgeous Laura at The Nail Garage has opened her doors to me.
Laura is giving me room to breath and build myself and my business back up and become me again. That kind of support is rare, and I’m so grateful. 💛

This is just the beginning… watch me go.

Hello and thank you to everyone who liked my cover photo, feels good to be back..

I’m sure most of you already know, I’m very happy to say we left the farm at the start of the year. This is the reason for the change of cover photo as this reflects my journey so far and where I’m heading.
There will be many changes to follow.

It’s taken me a while to build the confidence to start piecing my life back together and to post anything again, so I’ll be starting slowly, offering mobile treatments for now, with plans for premises in the future.

Justice is still in progress, so this page will be a mix of beauty, wellbeing, and little pieces of my journey so far and updates as it unfolds.
